The Centers for Disease Control confirmed the first diagnosed case of the Ebola virus in the United States Tuesday, the Associated Press is reporting.
On Monday, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas reported it had admitted a patient exhibiting possible Ebola symptoms for monitoring. The hospital said in a statement the patient was being held in “strict isolation” and they are “following all federal Centers for Disease Control and Texas Department of Health recommendations to ensure the safety of patients, hospital staff, volunteers, physicians and visitors. Looks like bottles weren’t the only things thrown after the Cowboys lost to the 49ers in Sunday’s Wild Card matchup. Fans of both franchises appeared to get into an all-out brawl after the game ended, according to videos that have since surfaced online. Dallas fans threw haymakers and kicks that were reciprocated by presumed 49ers fans. The fighters even fell into a flowerbed outside AT&T Stadium as the rumble continued.
